At Painted Quarters, we strive to ensure your orders arrive fresh and on time:

• Shipping Schedule: Orders must be placed by Sunday at 2 PM to be included in the next applicable fulfillment cycle. Home deliveries are made on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, depending on the customer’s delivery area and our weekly route. Orders outside our local delivery area are shipped every other Wednesday.
  
  
• Local Pickup: Local pickup orders must be placed by Sunday at 2 PM and will be available at the store for pickup any time after Thursday. If you need products sooner, please call the store at 772-597-3388 to ask what is currently available for in-store purchase.
  
  
• Packaging: In-state shipments are packed with dry ice to maintain freshness. Out-of-state shipments are packed with dry ice for extended preservation during transit.
  
  
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
  
  
• Order Processing Time: Orders placed after Sunday at 2 PM will move to the next applicable fulfillment cycle. Local pickup and home delivery orders will be fulfilled the following week according to the schedules above.
  
  
• Shipping Delays: While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather events may cause delays. Painted Quarters is not liable for delays beyond our control but will work diligently with carriers to resolve issues promptly.
