• Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped every Wednesday to optimize delivery speed. In-state orders typically arrive within 1 business day; out-of-state orders arrive within 2–3 business days.
• Packaging: In-state shipments are packed with dry ice to maintain freshness. Out-of-state shipments are packed with dry ice for extended preservation during transit.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
• Local/Market Pickup: Orders are brought to a market location of your choosing, during the regular market schedule.
• Order Processing Time: Shipped orders placed after Tuesday midnight will be processed for shipment the following Wednesday. Local orders placed after Tuesday midnight will be processed for pickup the next weekend.
• Shipping Delays: While we aim for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather events may cause delays. Painted Quarters is not liable for delays beyond our control but will work diligently with carriers to resolve issues promptly.
